EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING
Much of Douglas County is forecasted to experience excessive heat this weekend with thermometers peaking at 113°F. The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning from 11:00 am Saturday June 26 to at least 11:00 pm on Tuesday, June 29th. "Dangerously hot temperatures are expected this weekend into early next week, and may persist with very little improvement into late week.
