The animal shelter houses adoptable dogs and cats of all breeds. Pets that are available for adoption are listed on their website.
The shelter accepts all stray dogs at no charge; there is a small fee to accept stray cats. For owner release animals there is surrender fee due at time of surrender. Saving Grace also accepts donations.
The Saving Grace Pet Adoption Center is closed Sunday and Monday, open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 5 pm.
New Beginnings SPCA
The New Beginnings SPCA has Adoption Services, Spay/Neuter Services and Emergency Medical services for dogs and cats. Their adoption center is located inside their Thrift Store located at: 1212 SE Stephens Roseburg, OR 97470
The thrift store is open noon to 5 pm seven days a week. The Thrift Store is open 9 am to 5 pm. Monday through Saturday and 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday.
