Volunteer - Neighborhood Watch AssistantOverviewThe Neighborhood Watch Assistant works with the Community Outreach/Volunteer Services Coordinator to help with the administrative duties of the Neighborhood Watch program, including contacting block captains with information. This position requires an ongoing commitment. Volunteers must be self-motivated, flexible and work well independently. Patience and a desire to help others are beneficial qualities for this position. Volunteers must have an open, non-judgmental attitude towards the public. Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification are beneficial qualities for this position. The ability to communicate well, possess good telephone skills and basic knowledge of computers are essential qualifications. Confidentiality is required. Minimum Qualifications:
