On May 3rd, 2011, at about 1500 hours, the foster care home reported that Stirling, a resident at the home, failed to return after leaving at 0800 hours in a blue 2003 Ford Expedition. They reported that Stirling suffers from Dementia and has been talking recently of traveling to Montana.
