On Tuesday, December 29th, at about 1245 hours, deputies were called to a residence in Tri City to investigate a report of sexual abuse.
The victim's mother reported that 16 year old Jesse Malone, who is known to the family, had sexually abused her four year old daughter several times during the past week.
The victim was taken to Mercy Hospital where she was given a physical examination and then released back to her mother.
Malone was interviewed at the Sheriff's Office by detectives and then arrested. He was lodged at the Douglas County Juvenile Detention Center and charged with five counts of First Degree Sexual Abuse and two counts of First Degree Sodomy.
