On November 16th, 2009, the Sheriff's Office began an investigation after receiving information about a possible sexual relationship taking place between Harold Harrison, Michelle Harrison, and a 17 year old female who was staying with them.
Sexually explicit photographs depicting the Harrisons and a 17 year old female were sent via cellular phone to a person who knew all three parties. The Sheriff's Office was notified and an investigation began.
As a result of the investigation, a search warrant was granted and served on the Harrison home on Thursday, December 17th. Evidence was seized and Harold Harrison was taken into custody. Michelle Harrison was not home but was taken into custody a short time later.
Harold Harrison was lodged in the county jail and charged with Using Child in Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct, Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse II and Sexual Abuse III.
Michelle Harrison was lodged in the county jail and charged with Using Child in Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct and Sexual Abuse III.
