Missing Person:  LAMMERS, Virginia / 77 years old / Portland, OR

On October 9, 2009 at about 1810 hours the Sheriff's Office was advised of an elderly woman at the Union 76 gas station in Tri City (Myrtle Creek) very confused and disoriented. She drove off from the location prior to the Deputy's arrival. It was later determined that this person was reported as a missing person from the Portland area.

The Sheriff's Office, Local Police agencies and Oregon State Police were trying to locate LAMMERS to reunite her with her family.

A press release was put out on October 10, 2009 at 1220 hours asking for the public's help in locating LAMMERS.

On October 10, 2009 at about 1315 hours the Sheriff's Office was contacted by Portland Police advising that LAMMERS had been located in the Seattle, Washington area and arrangements are being made to reunite her with her family.
