On August 15th at about 0015 hours, deputies were called to a fire involving a 20 foot camp trailer located behind the residence at 315 Club Street, Roseburg. Douglas County Fire District 2 requested law enforcement at the fire because the fire had been intentionally set.
Deputies contacted Kenneth Strickland who is renting the trailer from the residents of 315 Club Street. Deputies interviewed Strickland and then took him into custody and lodged in the county jail on First Degree Arson charges.
