Pocked faceOn December 23, 1995, at approximately
1:15am, a 911 call brought police officers to an apartment building in Reedsport, Oregon.
Reedsport is a Pacific coast community in Douglas County, Oregon.
In the apartment, Police found the bodies of a 34 year
old man and a 31 year old woman. Both victims had been shot to death.
Silva, a known methamphetamine dealer, was a resident of
the apartment where the shooting occurred, and fled the area minutes after the shootings.
The resulting investigation and witness interviews, led
to arrests warrants being issued for Ysia Osorio Silva, charging Mr. Silva with the those
murders. A federal warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution has also been issued
for Silva.
Mr. Silva is believed to have flown by commercial airline
as far south as San Diego. Silva was born in Acapulco, Mexico, is a Mexican national, and
his current whereabouts are unknown.
Mr. Silva should be considered armed and
dangerous.
