Inmate Phone Calls
General Information
Phone service at the Douglas County Jail is provided by Value Added Communications (VAC). All inmates, who are not otherwise restricted, have access to a phone and may make collect calls to non-blocked phone numbers. Calls are limited to 20 minutes each.
Citizens may also sign up for a prepaid V-Connect account through VAC. This allows you to receive collect calls from an inmate even if you can't receive traditional collect calls. It also allows to budget for the amount of calls you wish to receive. For more information on V-Connect, vist their website at www.myvconnect.com
